Building Communities, Creating Opportunities

ABOUT ME

As a proud son of Harlem, I’ve witnessed firsthand how the New York City housing crisis has impacted families like mine and countless neighbors. It’s time for every New Yorker to have the ability to live affordably in this great city, raise a family, work locally, and age in place with dignity.

MY MISSION

Affordable housing isn’t just an aspiration—it’s a reality we’ve already begun to build. I'm proud of the deeply affordable homes we've created throughout New York City and the metropolitan New York region through strategic partnerships with the NYS Housing Preservation Department, faith based institutions and local nonprofit organizations, as part of our work at Carthage Advisors.

MOVING FORWARD

Now, the challenge is scaling this success. By working hand-in-hand with tenants, elected officials, city agencies, and community-based nonprofits, we can move more New Yorkers into forever homes—affordable apartments that families can pass down for generations.

I am happy to come speak at your next community board meeting, tenant organizing session, faith-based organization or in any spaces where affordable housing solutions are being discussed.  Email me here.
